A certification rooted in Chinese Medicine, Medical Qigong, and evidence‑based Qigong.
Learn to teach with confidence, deepen your practice, and serve diverse communities.

Program OverviewÂ
Diego, a Daoist priest, Medical Qigong clinician, and business consultant, has spent more than 20 years teaching and applying qigong in hospitals, corporate America, and retreat centers. This training distills that experience into a clear, step‑by‑step curriculum that respects classical lineages and meets modern evidence standards.
You will practice high‑yield movements that appear in clinical trials while learning how to translate them into safe, engaging classes for diverse populations. Each weekend blends theory, biomechanics, and teaching drills so you leave with skills you can use.
Medical Qigong Integration
Each module includes Medical Qigong exercises from the curriculum designed by Dr. Jerry Alan Johnson. These drills target organs, meridians, and Wei Qi fields. Students learn protocols for immune regulation, pain modulation, and emotional balance that fit modern clinical settings.
Traditional Chinese Medicine Foundations
Lectures and guided discussions cover core TCM theory: Five Phases, Zang Fu functions, Six Qi patterns, and common syndromes. Trainees practice mapping qigong movements to TCM diagnostics so they can prescribe tailored home programs that complement acupuncture, herbal therapy, and rehabilitation.
Evidence‑Based Curriculum
Weekend intensives parallel protocols used in peer‑reviewed trials are published.
We break down study design, outcome measures, and clinical relevance. Students leave able to cite high‑quality research when speaking with physicians or skeptics.
