This one day retreat is designed for you to succeed even if you have never done anything like this before. I alternate dynamic and static meditations such as sitting, standing, and walking meditation.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR

Diego has been studying various energetic systems since he was nine years old, and he greatly enjoys bringing these tools to the world. He is gifted in creating a bridge between energetic and spiritual systems and a modern way to live. Diego has made a reputation for himself as someone that learns from the best and then enjoys teaching that knowledge to others. He also is a Daoist Priest, and a have doctoral-level training in Chinese Energetic Medicine.

  • 10:30 am - Qigong Walking Meditation
  • 10:50 am - Walking Meditation
  • 11:20 am - Sitting Meditation
  • Noon - Lunch

Afternoon

  • 1:30 pm - Instructions
  • 2:00 pm - Standing Meditation
  • 2:40 pm - Qigong Walking Meditation
  • 3:00 pm - Sitting Meditation
  • 3:40 pm - Break
  • 4:00 pm - Standing Meditation
  • 4:20 pm - Group Discussion
  • 4:50 pm - Closing exercise
  • 5:00 - Conclude
